The Servant of God
Ever since she was a teenager, Monique C. Baisden knew that she was called to ministry. However, she struggled with answering her call to ministry for years before she finally answered her call in 2016.
​
As a minister-in-training and prophetic voice, Monique writes and shares inspirational, encouraging, and prophetic messages through her blogposts, her videos, and her books.

Additionally, she is a Certified Christian Life Coach who provides Christian Life Coaching to those who are struggling to discern their God-given purpose and those who are struggling to deal with life transitions.
The Storyteller
Monique is the Lead Visionary and Founder of Monique C. Baisden Productions. As a storyteller, Monique writes to inspire, provoke change, give hope and encouragement, and to advocate for the voiceless, the underrepresented, and those that the Bible calls "the least of these". She primarily tells stories through books, songs, music videos, short films, documentaries, and TV shows.

In 2020, Monique wrote a social justice and human rights song, "Enough Is Enough", for which she also co-produced the music, and co-directed and co-produced both a music video and a global advocacy music video. The "Enough Is Enough" global advocacy music video has been previously selected, screened, and received multiple recognitions at the 2021 Voices Rising Film Festival, the 2021 Richmond International Film Festival, and the June 2023 Indie Night Film Festival in Atlanta, GA.
In 2023, Monique wrote a cinematic short story for "Enough is Enough" that was inspired by the "Enough Is Enough" global advocacy music video. The "Enough Is Enough" cinematic short story placed as a semifinalist in Screencraft's 2024 Cinematic Short Story Competition.
Monique is also a visual storyteller who tells stories through design. Since 2006, she has worked for and with creatives, entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, churches, and other individual clients in multiple industries to help them to tell their stories through customized flyers, graphic designs, and website designs. ​

As Monique knows that her life's calling is to be an advocate and change agent to her community and the world, she utilizes her business ventures, entrepreneurial endeavors, and creative projects as a conduit for change in her personal and professional networks and in her community.

She has previously conceptualized, coordinated, and hosted signature events, "Networking with a Purpose", and "Dining with a Purpose", in partnership with nonprofit organizations, and her previously founded Facebook community, Purpose-Driven Dreamchasers, a community for Christian creatives and entrepreneurs.
