In 2018, Monique C. Baisden and a group of friends launched our predecessor company, GetLinked Events, an events production company that conceptualized, hosted/co-hosted, and executed events for Christian creatives, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit organizations. The two signature events under this company were, Networking with a Purpose and Dining with a Purpose. Networking with a Purpose was created for Christian creatives, entrepreneurs, and working professionals to gather and speed network with each other to find potential creative and collaborative partners for projects or for their business needs. Dining with a Purpose was created with nonprofit organizations in mind, as this event was always done in partnership with a nonprofit organization as a fundraiser for that organization.

In 2020, Monique launched 4 The Kingdom Entertainment (which was later named 4 The Kingdom Enterprises). 4 The Kingdom Entertainment's most notable project is a global social justice and human rights anthem which Monique wrote entitled Enough Is Enough. She co-produced the music for this song, as well as, served as the Executive Producer and Co-Director for the advocacy music video. Enough Is Enough has previously been selected, screened, and received multiple recognitions at the 2021 Voices Rising Film Festival, the 2021 Richmond International Film Festival, and the June 2023 Indie Night Film Festival in Atlanta, GA.

In 2024, Monique launched Monique C. Baisden Productions: a faith-based, advocacy-focused and mission-oriented production company that strives to tell the stories of the voiceless, the overlooked, the underrepresented, and those whose stories aren't always told or heard in film or on television. We also strive to help our corporate and nonprofit clients tell their stories and bring their stories to life in a way that leaves a makes a meaningful impact and leaves a longlasting impression with their target audiences.
