Do not be afraid to approach God when you have sinned. Once you are truly repentant of committing your sin, go to God in prayer, confess your sins to Him, repent for committing the sins, and He will forgive you. Also, make sure that you forgive yourself, too. Don't hold yourself in a place of self-condemnation for a a sin that Jesus already paid for when He died on the cross for our sins.
